We've been busy in Bossier City! A few months ago, we adopted a new General Manager, and we're finally settling in together. She's from New York, but we won't hold it against her! We already had her eating alligator on a stick and smothered chicken. You know how us southerners are with our food! That's one of the best features about our area, the great restaurants. We've got plenty of good suggestions, from Ralph and Kacoo's to Copeland's Bistro. Ask our front desk for suggestions when you check in. Everyone has a hot spot, what's yours?
